In addition to regular vacuuming, you will prolong the life of your rug by performing regular maintenance as you would do for your vehicle. We recommend our full immersion hand-wash every 18 months to 3 years, depending on the amount of traffic the rug gets. In addition, your rug should be rotated periodically to even out any wear patterns to the rug or the fringe.

We have a number of different shampoos to choose from depending on your rug needs.
We can wash your synthetic, hooked, tufted, flat-weaves, braided, or machine-made wool but we specialize in all types of silk, antique, semi-antique & vintage rugs. Well trained in both metal and vegetable dye rugs.
Please note, the entire rug must be washed – it cannot be “spot cleaned” or odor removed in stained / specific areas only.

For your convenience, Hoffman Cleaning will pick up your rug, bring it to our facility where a trained Rug Care Specialist will clean it, and then bring it back to your home. There is absolutely no extra fee for pick-up and delivery. If you prefer, you can always drop your rug off at our facility, and return to pick it up when you are ready.
