Please note, the entire rug must be washed – it cannot be “spot cleaned” or odor removed in stained / specific areas only.

Although at that age I likely wouldn’t notice a difference, it would simply be cleaner. Hoffman offered to come back out to see what they could do and instead of the same service again which wouldn’t have visually shown me a result, the employee suggested a dry cleaning with their dual bristle brush machine. This extracted the dirt and dander and pet fur from under the carpet fibers that a normal vacuum couldn’t get; and the carpets all looked great. I would recommend both processes as they clean differently but I do absolutely feel as though the carpets are very sufficiently clean for their age.

For your convenience, Hoffman Cleaning will pick up your rug, bring it to our facility where a trained Rug Care Specialist will clean it, and then bring it back to your home. There is absolutely no extra fee for pick-up and delivery. If you prefer, you can always drop your rug off at our facility, and return to pick it up when you are ready.
